At My Vintage Home we offer FREE standard delivery for all of our products to UK Mainland addresses.
For the majority of our product range we do offer delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, for these deliveries there will be a surcharge added. We will notify you of the surcharge once the order is made and payment for this will be taken separately.

We aim to have your products delivered to you as as soon as possible, within a reasonable time frame. Once we receive your order we will start the order process. For in stock items we aim for you to have your order within 7 -21 workings days where possible.
This is for all Mainland UK orders.
For customers wishing to place an order that do not live in the Mainland UK, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we can then advise you of an applicable surcharge. If you order is placed and your delivery address is outside of the Mainland UK we will notify you to advise you of any delivery surcharge and you can decide if you would like to proceed with you order.
You will be contacted by the transport provider to advise of the proposed delivery date and 3 hour time slot. If this is not convenient they will re-arrange for you.
We have many items on our website and whilst most will always be in stock there are occasions when items are not in stock and we place these items on back order. If this is the case this, this will be shown on the product description of you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order. We will keep you up to date during this process. If you require your item by a set date please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we can confirm stock is in prior to making your order.
For smaller items from our Accessory range these will go out via a designated courier. They deliver Monday – Friday, they will send you an email with tracking information, we do require your mobile telephone number so couriers can text you to arrange delivery, if they miss you a card will be left for you to contact them to arrange a convenient delivery time.
All deliveries need to be signed for.
We do ask that when receiving a delivery to check your item before the driver leaves, in the rare event of an item being damaged in transit it would assist us in returning the item for you. In a rare event that an item is damaged or faulty we do need to be notified within 2 days of delivery.
